What does Vet hard mean?

'extremely rough' comes close

vet means fat, the usage of fat as the one in english where it means something is really cool with a lot of body (ex: this beat is fat!) and hard means hard, so it bascially means "fat hard" :x

Isn't ''phat'' slang for awesome, cool, great, etc? Well, vet is the Dutch equivalent. It also is a reference to the main-actor being a bit obese.
