Vet Hard or Flodder?
Which one do you think is the best Dutch action comedy? I say Vet Hard. Flodder is brilliant, but Vet Hard just plain rocks.

Flodder is just comedy, Vet Hard is a comination of both.
Only Flodder III hade some action at the beginning and the end.
Well, the Flodder trilogy is not nearly as action-packed as Vet Hard, but there were some action scenes in there.
Flodder
* Car chase which ends with the chasing car driving into a swimming pool.
* Tank blows up the Flodder house.
* Ma Flodder fights with some neighbours in one of those 'driving food shops', which then crashes into a camping.
Flodder 2
* Car chase which ends with the chasing car crashing into the Wall Street Bank.
* Fight in Rosenbaum's club, where Rosenbaum shoots up the club, and where the storage tank filled with gasoline flies towards the Liberty Statue and blows her head up.
* Fight with the gangsters (not a big scene).
Flodder 3
* Car chase in the beginning; car drives into a garbage container.
* All the explosions in the end.
* Fight with the police.
And some other little scenes. But I agree- not nearly as many or spectacular action scenes as Vet Hard.

The car chase in the first Flodder is the best action sequence in any Dutch film.
shareTim Oliehoek has very cool ideas for action scenes, but no-one can match Dick Maas. Maas is a master at filming action scenes, and he doesn't shake the camera like Oliehoek does, which is a positive.
