Soundtrack in U.S.?

Does anybody know if the soundtrack, or the music on it is available in the U.S.? I remember I especially liked the song it opened with, where you see Lana lying in bed before her flight home. I thought I detected a bit of the Radiohead sound to it (if I remember right) and wanted to check it out.

THOM & Nackt Sound

THOM, alias Thomas Heinrich, released his first album 'gods and monsters' last year. The sound reminds of radiohead (!! ;-)), just the music that Wim Wenders wanted for his film. THOM created this soundtrack with his friend PC christensen.
