Please help clear up a question (spoilers).

I enjoyed this film, but am a bit confused at the scenes towards the end.
We see Daniel in bed with Lena before the competition in Austria.
Next we see him in a red shirt for some reason away from where the concert is and rushing on the bicycle to get to it.
Then we see him in a grey shirt rush into the bathroom in the venue and bang his head.

Was there a missing scene?
Why did he leave Lena and not accompany her to the concert?
What was he doing so far away from the venue?

Any thoughts welcome. Thanks.

He went for a joyride (literally a ride of joy), lost track of time, heard the clock bells and hurried back. The gray shirt may be a continuity error or perhaps he changed on the way to the concert hall. Doesn't matter. It was a perfect ending. As Lina said, "There is no death."

As kenc48 said above, he changed on the way to the concert hall. It was not only the shirt but when biking he was wearing tennis shoes and a different belt. When he entered the hall he had not only a different shirt but he had changed into a dresser pair of slacks and shoes.
