What is he saying here?

I wonder if someone knows what Lane is saying in that scene where he's arguing with the other guy in the movie Quality of life. I here that Curtis says "What the f--k happened to your heart, man" And then Lane replies "What are you talking about? I'm all heart 'and something else that I cant hear' What do you do? Arguing with some guy on the side of the f--king street, is this what we do?"

But what I'm wondering about is, is he saying "All heart" and if he is, then what does it mean? And what is he saying right after that, before "What do you do? Arguing with some guy on the side of the f--king street, is this what we do?"
