Why is this novel out of print?

I guess that since the 1996 adaptation of Louis Iribarne's translation of Insatiability wasn't exactly a treasure to read, Witkiewicz is in a sad state indeed in the United States right now.

Any word on publishing houses who print any of his stuff? And anyone thinking of trying to get a better English translation out of the original novel?
