Was that an accent? A lisp? Or a tongue stud?

I was just watching this, and laughing, at Dominika's performance. When she's being held in custody in the office by the 'net cops' she seems to have a lisp. I had this incredible urge that the director would walk into the scene, yank out her tongue and RIP whatever tongue stud was slurring her words.
