Hi, I don't wanna nitpick, but wouldn't an autopsy show the real cause of death ? I mean the sudden death of a prominent psychologist's wife in a seemingly perfect marriage would probably warrant an autopsy...
shareI assume that it looked a cut and dry case of suicide so the police just accepted it and moved on. That's the only explaination I can reach, though I'm not sure how realistic that would be in real life.
shareif there seems to be foul play, only then will the county pay for the autopsy..
seeming like a wealthy family, ya know Dr's and all.. wife's depression, with it looking like a clear suicide, nothing to suggest foul play really.. the husband would have to request a autopsy costing $5,000+, again considering he knew she was depressed and distant to him, why would he question it..
