Plot Hole??

So we see at the start of the film that Josepth kills the last player of the bet 10 minutes before his time runs out, so that would suggest that he's been hunting him for the last 24 hours. He then goes straight onto hunting Sonny for another 24 hours. So this josepth guy doesnt need sleep then? that wasn't thought through very well!

Lol that is so true!!

One thing I noticed (very minor) was that he was talking about shoooting the first guy in the alley, but it was in the middle of the street...

What you don't realize is that Billy Zane is really a robot killing machine. He wasn't even acting. It was real.

Plot holes:

I just watched this movie and feel I have to vent...(apologies for the length of this in advance)

Why did he not take time to actually read the contract before he agreed to the death bet? Even an idiot would do that if his life was on the line and he'd just seen people killed.

And on that, he seemed very accepting of the two girls who were hitting on him in the casino immediately after the first girl who had been hitting on him (slightly) ended up attempting to kill him, and he was in an unknown casino under an assumed name.

I've seen a lot of action movies with terrible plots and lines in my time, but this was easily the worst. Not to mention the number of times Zane missed his hunting target (one reference at the end wasn't enough to console my anger on this one).

It had to have had the worst written lines ever seen in an action movie as well. They're supposed to be cheesy or halfwitted, not implausibly nonsensical.

Another hole is where Sean buys a pistol and an Uzi from the weapons shop owner, but leaves them in the cab after the locomotive creams it. Seems to me in his situation I'd have the pistol in my belt at least.
