When craig is pretending to be sorry and grabs georges head surely kate could have tried to kill him? She has a crowbar? or something in her hand and could have hit him. He was taking a while to kill george and it could easily not have happened if she just kicked him in the face of with a crowbar or something.
Also when they escape from those water cages they dont even try and kill him. They could have stabbed him with that pole before they ran cause they know he wouldnt have been able to do anything back. Surely you would try and do that to keep yourself alive?

I know right, that George scene really pissed me off. When we eventually cut back to her she's just screaming and arms flailing. Okay you can argue she's panicking/in shock, but by that point she's been through enough crap to want to bash his head in, and there's the chance.

Never mind, you'd probably only be upset the film ended too soon if she did kill him then and feel cheated.

In a way, it was kind of George's own fault he died as well, if he hadn't been just that little selfish enough to rush checking if Mandy was alive or dead (leading to them freeing her and stopping the Creep's mimicking the pleading) - Kate wouldn't have paused in striking the killing blow.
