This is what I think Ben wade killed Charlie for

Just finished watching this film and I pretty much loved it. Now, I've come here to take a look at what other people think about this film and also to know if I missed any moments. I noticed there are a number of threads talking about why Ben killed Charlie? and this is what I think might be the reason.....
Earlier in the film, Ben shoots Tommy and says "We got few rules in this outfit, and this is what happens when you put us all at risk". So, I suppose Ben shot Charlie for putting his life at risk(with his idea to offer $200 as bounty, which lead people shoot blindly at Ben)
