I think it would've been amazing if the whole series was in Tommy's head while he's in a coma from 9/11. It could've ended with his family finally terminating life support. It would have BLOWN everyone's mind. What do you think?

Half the show was already in Tommy's head where he sees ghosts and thinks about things that didn't really happen.
