It'd be simataneously an RPG Action game where you do firefighting missions rescuing people and you can create your own firefighter or play as a character from Truck 62, and an Interactive-Drama like Beyond Two Souls whee you play as Tommy Gavin in various storylines from all 7 seasons.

Wouldn't be the same w/out the firehouse kitchen/locker room chats and random ghosts.

My friend Kevin used to refer to it (and "Saving Grace") as the only acceptable soap opera for men.

There's a good ps2 game called firefighter f.d. 18; never heard of it till a few weeks ago. Probably the best your gonna get unfortunately.
