Try 9 Songs by Director Michael Winterbottom. It's similar in that is sexual in nature and driven heavily by music.
Description -
Love blooms between an American student and a British glaciologist in this explicit romance with an underground-rock soundtrack. The film follows Lisa (Margo Stilley) and Matt (Kieran O'Brien) from the time they meet at a concert until Lisa departs for home. Their steamy relationship is set to the songs of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Von Bondies, Elbow, Primal Scream, The Dandy Warhols, Super Furry Animals, Franz Ferdinand and Michael Nyman.
Eh? Have you even seen 'A Hole in My Heart'? It's NOT in any way like '9 Songs' except that both movies has some full frontal nudity shots.
shareTry Der Todesking ..
shareEat The Schoolgirl or Tetsuo. They're not as deep but they are quite extreme in nature.
Did you ever notice that people who believe in creationism look realy un-evolved? - Bill Hicks
Story wise 'Tetsuo' and 'A Hole in My Heart' are nothing alike, but I can see the similarities in visuals. I really liked Tetsuo!
shareIf you care, you can always check out my review for this one. In the last-but-one paragraph I mention some movies you could probably check out.
One of them is called Sweet Movie.

My review is pretty unfavorable to the movie. But don't let it fool you. I do somehow appreciate it, it's just that, as a movie I found it to not work very well at all.
"Tomorrow begat tomorrow"

shareThe reflecting skin? Like blue velvet but darker?
Uh.... No...
It's a cool film, but nothing like blue velvet and I def wouldn't say it was "darker"
It helps if you're really tired or a little drunk when you do this:
Put cheap porn in your VHS, some surgical footage in your DVD and just flip through all the channels on your tv for two hours straight. The porn and surgical stuff will mix with the soap reruns, MTV, commercials and reality shows in an uncompromising way, challenging the audience and our society in tons of super neat deconstructivist ways. It will also give you a warm tingling sense of being one of the few who can look this bogus old world straight in the face and say "Hey, I'm seventeen!", seeing as your mom and dad just wouldn't understand.
Don't feel bad, I actually believed that Betty Blue was a good movie when I was 16.
I like the part where you sound condescending. You must know things.
