It is available all over europe but without english subs. It has also been released in australia with english subs. Just search for a Region 4 DVD store and you will probably find it!

J-BICS Entertainment has released a widescreen, English subtitled version here in Thailand. You can find it at TK WORLDWIDE on Ebay. Beautiful quality, too. The DVD is PAL Region 3, though, so if you live in the States you'll need a PAL-to-NTSC conversion player to view it.
