Pola-X (said to stand for Pierre, ou les ambiguités, the 10th version of the script) comes to mind. I'm still not sure whether Catherine Deneuve was Guillaume Depardieu's mother or his sister, but in either case they seemed to be too cosy with each other.

It's a German movie known as "Punish Me" or "Hounded."
It's not about incest but there's a peculiar relationship between a teenage boy and his parole officer, who is about forty or fifty, I'm assuming?
Very interesting and quite similar to "Ma Mere."

Spanking The Monkey covers similar themes to Ma Mere. As does Huppert's own film The Piano Teacher.

The Piano Teacher was amazing.....

The Double Life of Veronique has a similar feel, though the topic isn't the same.

If you just want the sex angle, rent Salo. Be warned: it is the most graphic film I have ever seen, but it's worth trying on, even if only to say you've seen it.
