help with a 'kinda similar' movie

I actually loved this movie, I wouldn't say it's one of my favourites but I enjoyed it a lot, I'm obsessed with European Cinema so I had to give this movie a chance, I especially loved Isabelle Huppert's performance,She is one of my favourite actresses. the main subject of the movie seemed obvious to me, Not confusing at all.
Anyways, I was hoping someone could help me with a movie recommended by a friend, it's about a Nephew in love/attracted to his aunt, I have no idea if they end up having an incestuous relationship or not, I don't even know it's name.
