Utterly Horrible Film

Why was this movie made? Saw on Canadian TV and thought this must be a Lifetime TV movie on the cheap with Canadian goverment money kicked in to keep it afloat.

The plot is ridiculous and the acting so wooden it seemed liked everyone getting paid was out of it and just needed the money, and I figured a bunch of locals were working for free just for the experience.

I know that's not much of an analysis other than to say avoid this preposterous clap trap at all cost!
