Where did the 10K go?

I want to know because I'm at a digital film school this year and the cameras we use are the same that you used for this film. I'm planning on shooting a 90 minute film in three different locations, so it's kind of like your film. I'm not very experienced on the budget side, however, and am just curious to know where you spent/where you saved and what your advice to a guy like me would be.

On a side note, did you build Kevin Smith a poker table? That's so cool.
