I liked it

Saw it yesterday. I remember when the shootings were, it was top news in germany, too.
The acting was OK, and the film kept me awake. So I would say the suspense was there. ;-)
One scene that stuck out for me was the part where they drive into this garage, you see them drive in, the camera goes up, and when it goes down, you see all the police cars in that garage and know there was another victim. Brilliant cut imo.
It was also good that they did not show all kills in messy killing scenes. As for the said scene.
Well, one could say some people could sympathize, or get inspiration from those coward killers portrayed here, but every sane person will come to the conclusion that this shootings were just sick.
The film made me think about the motives of the killers. What poor soul will get sadisfaction out of shooting at unarmed, innocent, everyday people, by lying in some bushes or in a car trunk?
Seriously, what did they get out of it? Excitement? Being in the news? Being somebody? Being god? Crazy, just crazy.

My condolences to those who lost someone to those killers.

Just saw it yesterday, excellent film. One of the few TV movies I've seen that was actually good. This film had great tension, a good pace and also showed the toll the case was taking on the people involved, and how terribly frightened everyone was.

Hell, it compares to Zodiac if you ask me!

It's also pretty interesting for me to see films being made about real events that I can still remember myself. I'm 17, so I don't get that a lot.
