well, I don't know if anyone recognized it, but the theme that they used in the trailer of Crusader in jeans is exactly the same as the main theme of Chronicles of Narnia, and I really doubt that that Belgian guy wrote it. they could get sued for that, for plagiarism. the theme is very beatutiful though, and it fits perfectly in Crusader in jeans, but still, couldn't they come up with something beatiful themselfs?

Muziek is altijd speciaal voor een film gekozen en zeker niet uit een of ander centraal postorder bibliotheek boekje waar elke regieseur een abbo op heeft.
Voor 10 miljoen kan je heus een nieuw liedje krijgen, blijkbaar vond de regieseur dat de muziek het beste paste.
Daar gaat een diepgravend emotioneel ritueel aan vooraf en een rekening achteraf :)

well, as you possibly know as movie fans, trailers sometimes have sound from previous movies, because a: the orignal score is not available yet, or there is no music suited...
i cant remember how many times i heard the sound track from Dragonheart in movietrailers..
Besides that there is still the recognition factor or the added dramatic response to songs which are already known (connotations). In case of the "Requiem for a Dream" song (which in it self is extremely dramatic) it works two sides: recognition & drama.
shareThe theme is NOT the theme of Narnia. It is stock music and of course the producers would not use any music they had no right to. Also the soundtrack was not even composed when the trailer was made.
