Pure Propaganda

I just saw this movie in my 8th grade class today (I'm 13) and it was complete garbage. Filth. Clearly right wing. I'm not gonna say that there was no point where they showed the bad side of America, because there is one tiny scene where a group of homeless people are lining up to stay at the church. But why is that scene in the movie?

A. To give an argument against the people who say this movie never showed the ugly side of the US.

B. To promote Christianity (but the other one mostly)

When I saw the Disney logo before the movie, I knew exactly what was coming, and I was spot-on. That being said, I DO NOT hate America. I love America with all my heart, but our government is lame.

The following will remove some credibility from my argument, but I don't really care:

VELVET REVOLVER, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, NIRVANA, ALICE IN CHAINS, AND TENACIOUS D ARE INCREDIBLE. AND DON'T FORGET FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS AND METALLICA.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

"But why is that scene in the movie? B. To promote Christianity (but the other one mostly)."

Sure, you defer to your other foolish theory first, but trust me, that scene has NOTHING to do with promoting Christianity. Know why? This movie was made by a gentleman named Louis Schwartzberg...a very nice man (i've had the pleasure of meetin him) with an upbeat attitude, and who is most assuredly NOT Christian. Take a look at that last name again, jackass.

I'm curious, too, what part of this movie was "filth?" This movie was about as clean and upbeat as any movie I've ever seen. Maybe you can take a vocabulary class in school next year.

You get off on flaming (admittedly alleged) 13 year olds on IMDb or what? Tone down the rhetoric buddy.

Had to force myself to read after I read you were 13. Anyway lol at you for thinking this, was it supposed to show everything that was wrong with America? No not at all, it's called "America's heart and soul" not "Things That are Wrong with America"
