George Woodard is in it. And he's milking a cow!

I also don't understand how this movie can ever be construed as controversial. What in the world is wrong with it?? Somebody, please explain this to me. I think the only people who wouldn't like it would be those who hate America.

It's a wonderful movie.

Wow Blondie, you're totally clueless. I love America, and I don't like this movie. It's propaganda.

Hey thiura, don't be afraid to back up your rhetoric with some actual points. Should we take your word that it's "propaganda" simply because you say it is on every thread of this board? For someone who claims to love America, you spend an awful lot of time deriding a movie that highlights all of the great things about it.

I thought the movie was great. To me, it wasn't political, just people. It's that simple. I loved it.

I haven't seen the movie, but I remember the controversy that surrounded it. Disney famously ditched Fahrenheit 9/11, then released AHaS within a week of F9/11. It was seen as Disney vs. Moore. It's not the content of AHaS so much as the context of its release.

My personal favorite character was the guy from the open air asylum who liked to shoot things out of the cannon. He was massively entertaining.

This movie has some of the finest cinematography I have ever seen.
