OK, it's been established that Morgan is unable to leave the city limits of Vancouver, but in "The Dreamer", Morgan journeys to the reserve with his client with no trouble whatsoever. Did I miss something? Was there a point in the story where The Devil decided that he could leave Vancouver? Someone help me out here.
shareMaybe it was like the person in "Another Collector" and Morgan was given special permission to leave because it directly had to do with his client. Someone I was talking to said at the end of "The Children's Book Writer" the catch there was that the guy was no longer Morgan's client.
shareBut in "The Actuary" he told his client that he couldn't go to Toronto to help him because he couldn't leave the city limits. That implies that he can't leave the city limits no matter what.
