Not a single topic about this movie... come on.

Who has seen it an has some comments about it?

I thought this was a hilarious movie (own the DVD), loved Nigel as the exagerated croccodile hunter guy, who seems occasionally abandon his cameraman. The whole going up to Sarcosuchus (the 40 foot long "croccodile") saying "I've done this with 6 foot alligators, the principle should be the same", funny stuff.

For the most part the animation was spot on to, a couple of parts where the animals didn't blend into the backgrounds as well as they could have but nothing extremely noticeble.

It's great! Nigel is quite reckless and his constantly grabbing the animals gets a bit annoying, but otherwise it's a fabulous documentary with incredible CGI.

War is simply the continuing of diplomacy through other means

I thought the show was a wonderful hybrid of the "Walking With Dinos/Beasts/Dragons/Aliens" genre and a parody of the David Attenborough-clones. I particularly loved the off-camera accompanying him on these increasingly dangerous video shoots. Although we seldom see them, you know the crew are convinced they're working form a madman who is going to get them killed. Note the times the camera simply refuses to follow the host.

A bit short...would have liked to see more footage but very good....i wrote a review here....Loved the brief appearance of sarcosuchus...very believable. The sea scorpions almost look like live crab and lobsters....Loved the orthocone, dunkleosteus, and archelon.....Would love to have seen more of the megalodon and mosasaur.....

Two funny bits in the second episode:

- Nigel with his red flag makes it across a nesting colony of Protoceratops, then turns around and waves at his camera man and takes off, while the camera man is still on the other side, trying to fend off a grouchy Protoceratops with a boom mike.

- Nigel blasting his bicycle horn at the Velociraptors and getting them to run away.

One bit in the first episode that made me cringe a little:

- When Nigel is flying his little airplane through the herd of Argentinasaurus, his left wing comes within inches of slicing into the side of one of the dinosaurs. It's like watching a speeding car coming within millimeters of sideswiping another car.

Favorite part of the series: The beginning of the segment where Nigel travels back to the Ordovician, when the Earth is so different that there's an unhealthily low amount of oxygen to breathe, there's no life on the land at all (plants hadn't evolved yet), and no animals exist except for the "creepy crawlies." The weird "music" playing in the background just makes the segment so deliciously eerie. :)

Favorite creature: Probably the Dunkleosteus. Cripes, that thing could probably bite the fins off a small submarine.
