Should do a female version

They should do a female version with overweight women. I think it would be great to show the world that America isnt that shallow and that even big girls can get love! Its only fair since they have a male version!

Apparently that wouldnt be 'PC' according to females "Its ok for males to look bad but not females" that kinda BS. Also another reason I think its not done is because I dont think it would get high consistant viewing. Take it from my point of view I would love to see the reversed version and see ugly girls and laugh at them. But is that enough entertainment to keep me watching? IMO no because what could ugly girls possibly do to keep me consistanly entertained?

It could be done, but I think one would have to produced the show in a very deceptive way...You would have to drop titles, like "average" or "everyday" and cast on pure looks.

Also, I think they tried it on Beauty and the Geek and it was nothing unusual.

More to Love on Fox, might be the closest thing to a female average joe.

That would be sweet revenge. It might arouse howls of PC incorrectness from feminists. It would be a trainwreck if the show's producers deliberately selected homely, overweight, middle-aged, uneducated, unemployed, etc. women.

But I tell you that if the producers are honest and do pick so-called average looking women who have good jobs, education, nice manners, sweet personality, et al, you'll be surprised how appreciate the guy will be and actually choose a final contestant and stay with her.

A woman with a kind, mellow, sweet personality will always look more attractive to a man. Speaking for myself, if I had the chance to pick a professional, educated average-jane gal, who rated just a 7 on the 1-10 scale, AND she was really nice and sweet, you bet I would keep her, rather than dumping her for some bubble-headed 21 year old alternate dressed in a bikini, that I instinctively know will rapidly become a drag on my life.

This would not work. The whole idea of this so called reality show concept is to make the extrodinary seem real.

In this case the idea is to take average guys and see if they can get the ultra babe. It is interedting because it is not too often that you see that in real life, hence the interesting thing about the show.

A reverse average joe would not work for one simple reason. While it not common ever to see very hot chicks with average guys, it IS common to see average or for that matter BELOW average women with good looking guys. I see it all the time.

I would like to say that this is because personallity wins the day. However this is not always the case. One girl I know who is nothing to look at and has a not nice personallity gets very good looking guys all the time and they always complaine about her personallity and yet they stay with her. It is never treated with any shock when she gets a fit guy. Guys seem less choosey. Plus more guys seem to regard nice chicks as out of their leagues even if they are not. I don't know all the ins and outs but i am saying what I see.

The idea would be nice but would not be too out of the usual and would not keep views interested
