Incompetent Police: Bunch of Idiots

There was a material witness, Elizabeth's younger sister. A child psychologist and sketch artist, if brought in earlier, would have solved the case much earlier.

The Chief of Police should be held accountable for the idiots they had in the department, paid for by taxpayers' money.

The lesson to be learned here was that if you can afford it, hire your own investigators, immediately. The last persons to rely on are the police, at least not entirely.
