What happened to the "real" Santa...

After all, she said she paid the agency a week in advance, right? So they must have sent a Santa out to her place. But none ever showed up.

Only Tony Danza did.

In other words. the wrong Santa stumbles off a bus on the same day the real Santa gets inexplicably waylaid and is never heard from again.

Pretty huge coincidence.
