Wrong! I saw her in a live concert in July of 2005.. and She sang amazingly. It was in the beginning of her career when she couldn't sing live. This have clearly changed since her 2nd CD!

No one, Avril can't sing, she only screams, but she does have a strong voice though.
Lindsay... well I like her talking-voice, but not singing... I'm not saying she's bad!
Hilary kinda slips over when she comes to higher tones, so it kinda ruins it, but when she doesn't, her voice it kinda cute.

Still, I don't think these girls should sing instead of act...

I'd say Avril's the best singer (which she should be since she took it up as her profession, unlike Hilary and Lindsay, since to them it's like a hobby to acting). I do like Hilary's songs a lot though, and I like her voice (although I'm not so sure how much of it is hers, like in Raise Your Voice I thought everything sounded like they used some enhancement machines, like it sounded fake). Lindsay's not that great of a singer, which is why she has done the worst in that category. However, she's the far superior actress. Even though she's messing up her life, she still can usually put out a good performance. She does have a great acting ability, but she's throwing it away. She needs to get back on track. I think Hilary's just an alright actress. She could put out passable performances, but they are all alike (and really not that great for something she does all the time). She could get better though. She's still a great rolemodel and I like a lot of her films even if she's not that great in them (I feel like she doesn't choose that demanding of roles, or at least she doesn't play them like that, she really is the same character in a lot of her films, like Raise Your Voice, she could have put an added element to it, but she was still playing Lizzie, but like a Lizzie who had lost her brother). Anyway that's just MO.
