I'm torn. It's abit uncomfortable

I'm abit torn about this film. It's a nice, easy chick flick with abit of romance and I've always enjoyed it

But, recently rewatching it, I found it abit uncomfortable. Was it just me?. Jean is flirting through emails and IM's and letters and falling in love essentially with her own daughter (and her 16 year old boyfriend) and Ben is giving dating advice (alone in his apartment / chasing her out of the wedding) to a 16 year old girl

It's a nice girlie film, but, if you seriously think about it then it's abit uncomfortable
