The Name F. Scott - LOL

The character F. Scott was obviously named after Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald. And guess why? In The Great Gatsby, Gatsby dreamed of repeating the (romantic) past, but had to realise he couldn't. So does Louise. She walks out of the gates, her prison, free.
