The other girls

I think they had all gone to heaven except the Asian girl. Later in the film the Asian girl disappeared. Suzie was so caught up that she didnt notice till much later. I took it as the Asian girl went to heaven. All the girls came back in the end to get Suzie as it was her turn to transition. I don't think her muderer dying had anything to do with it, but she decided to stay until it was finished (either he was jailed, died or her parents and friends found peace).

I think the girls were in limbo, waiting for Mr. Harvey to come join them. What Mr. Harvey did to them on Earth was violent and wrong so he had to make amends by treating them to a tender lovemaking session so they could all be taken to Heaven.
