Hey i don;t live in canada but rather in a tightly dense populated city in californa. I've been pk for a half a year now and i feel the need for some arm streath in my triceps. without dumbelss do you have any idea how to work out your lower arm musles

go to a gym... lift up a weight and try different things... when you feel the burn in your lower arm muscles... keep doing that one thing. Ask around and other people will tell ya, "yeah that's called lifting weights"

I don't mean to be condesending really but you should be more specific. Of course people are going to just tell you to LIFT WEIGHTS or maybe try PUSHUPS.. tadaaa :) if you mean specific weights, well then ok someone will be pleased to help ya out there.

I'm a pitcher for a community college here in Texas, and I have found the that the best way to work your tri's is by bed ups. Sit on the edge of your bed with your feet straight out in front of you. Then hang your but off the edge with your hands suspending you from the edge of the bed. Then just do push ups in the same position.

If at first you don't succeed, simply find something that you're better at.
