Love the title

The title alone piqued my interest - Home of Phobia (homophobia). Anyone knows of other films with such wordplay in their titles?

Same here. I think the title is great :)

Why does it say freshman orientation is the title where it is playing in my city and when you click on the link on imdb it is called home of phobia?

It's not unusual for lots of films to have two, three, four, etc. names. Especially in multiple languages. It might be that the people who are showing the film in your city are under contract to distribute it as 'Freshman Orienation'. Whereas others might be under contract to distrubute it under the name 'Home of Phobia'. That is my best guess. I would say depending on where it is showing under which name is all based on demographics and money.

I also wondered why they call it Freshman Orientation because when I first heard of it it was Home Of Phobia. A local actor in my city had a small part in it.

"Grosse Point Blank" comes to mind - set in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, the lead character from there is Martin Blank, who's a hitman, and there's tons of shooting going on in the movie.

I think the "Home of Phobia" title is pretty forced, as was this whole film, and "Freshman Orientation" also works as a double entendre anyway and is more appropriate because the leads are all new to college.
