According to Wikipedia:

It is interesting to note that Bob Dylan, a friend of George's, could not attend "Concert for George" because of tour commitments in the US. So instead, roughly a week before the concert he played George's song "Something" as a tribute, at a concert of his at Madison Square Garden on 11 November 2002. He prefaced the song by saying, "There's a tribute going on...over in England, for George Harrison...We can't make it, and I just wanted to do this song in remembrance of George [because] we were such good buddies."[2]

I was really just being facetious. But what Wikipedia says doesn't always mean anything. Only a part of the quote is supported in the article and it even has the date wrong, even though it's sourced from the actual website. Dylan's site says the concert was on November 13. The concert was on November 29. But mostly, I was just being facetious.
