Anyone know more of bombing of the house off Killian Pkwy?

I lived in Miami during the time of the happenings in this documentary. I remember hearing what I later found out was an explosion during the 80's (and I think it was the early "80s) one day.

I really think that Jorge "Rivi" Ayala's bombing of Mejia's (sp?) house was the same explosion as I lived in the area that he described. I'm really curious to know if it is the same occurrence.

I've looked and I can't find any mention of it anywhere in old newspapers. Does anyone have any more knowledge of this incident? Its a long shot but maybe someone knows the street or whereabouts off Killian Pkwy that he described?
