Did anyone catch this on the deleted scenes? He said "101st" and "special forces". Not sure how they ran things back in his day, but those are obviously two seperate units and "special forces" implies language training, in addition to a pretty comprehensive job specialty. Not saying he's lying, just seemed awfully conveinent. A lot of drug traffickers would try the "I'm a veteran" gambit with police during that time.....

interesting. since the 101st is based out of Clarksville, tn.

Wrong 101st Airborne (Air Assault) Division is out of Ft Campbell KENTUCKY, not Tennessee. Clarksville is the town near the base, which is on the border of the two states.
Also if his Vietnam story was BS someone would call him on it. Military records are easily checked. Stolen Valor is not something taken lightly by vets especially Vietnam vets.
