Since when does the states?

Consist only of california? They now have them "travelling around the states" and I love this show and I've seen six of the new episodes but ALL of them have been in California. Are they going anywhere else in the states? And y come here anyway? Why not head to Canada instead? Friendlier people, beautiful places, the rest of the world isn't trying to kill you ;-)
