Just noticed that IMDB lists the certification as banned in Singapore -- its a CAT III movie.
Yesasia has offered this movie as a promotional freebie in the past in a buy 3 get 1 free deal.
It has been available for sometime now. I have seen it for sale in San Francisco, North American Tai Seng edition for less than $6 US.
