I work in a video store and am curious as to what this would be rated because there is no rating on the packaging. is it an R, PG, PG-13?

Probably a PG-13.

here in australia, at the start of the movie it's classified as MA-15 plus, for strong sex scenes and language.

It's on our Comcast Cable TV for tonight and it says its rated: TV14 (NR)
