When was this filmed ? (What year)

Jaime Pressly sort of hit a wall in her looks (in my opinion) around late 2001. I was surprised that she looked to me like her younger self when I started to watch this awful movie. Was it shelved for years or did the makeup people just do her up right ?

Not saying she is or has ever been unattractive I just think she was at her hottest in the late 90s to 2001-ish.
