How would you rank his films?

I've only seen moneyball and capote but am very interested in seeing Foxcatcher.

I would say moneyball - 9/10
Capote - 8/10

I need to see Moneyball. I kinda feel like he made it to appease the studio execs with a crowdpleaser, which in turn earned him the freedom to make Foxcatcher. But I should probably watch it before I judge it, huh?

Foxcatcher - 10
Capote - 9

To quote To Kill A Mockingbird, which I think is appropriate here, " You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view […] until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."

As a movie maker I think he does this, and then allows us to do it too.
