I just received an e-mail back today from Danielle Driscoll, Echo Bridge Entertainment, the distribution company for Bailey's Billion$. Here's an excerpt from that message:

We released Bailey’s Billions in select cities in August, but will not be releasing it for wider (distribution) theatrically. The film will be released on DVD on April 4th. This information will be posted shortly on the official website – www.baileysbillions.com.

It should still be coming out April 4. Here's a page from Wal-Mart about the movie. Click on that link for expected arrival date and you'll see that information: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4834870

I've read on one Tim Curry forum that people have already been able to get copies: one already received hers from moviesunlimited: http://www.moviesunlimited.com/musite/product.asp?sku=D67605++&mscssid=5DUCDPXES1SL9N10CSQKBM1G1P0V9NF9

and another got hers off of eBay and its on its way.

I pre-ordered from Amazon.com, which should ship the DVD on the release date.
