YES! I WASN'T MAD!!!!!!!

For years I've been saying to friends 'do you remember when we were like 6 years old watching that really cool programme, about the kids and that dragon trying to retrieve these glowing blocks to stop a narnia type land dying.'

How they looked at me blankly, and asked 'was this on TV?'

and I was like 'No they only ever showed it in primary schools, I think the BBC made it just to be distributed in schools'

.....And for years people have claimed not to know/remember it, and claim that I was imagining it, or had mistaken it with something else.

Well I've found it 'Through The Dragon's Eye'. I LOVED this show, so much that my primary school teacher told me off, because they showed us one episode a week, and I kept hounding her to let us see the next episode.

I'm not mad, it existed!

I LOVED this show, It NEEDS to be put on DVD. It's just good old innocent, escapist fun, and the makers did very well to put in the education bits in a fun way, you never felt like it lectured you.

I couldn't agree more! This show is a childhood favourite of mine.

It should be released on DVD with all 10 episodes and maybe even a documentary about the making of the show with the cast and crew.

Ive been saying the exact same thing to friends, asking if they ever saw asome *beep* up programme about dragons n children at their primary schools. I remember that we watched it in year 3 and there was one episode a week n then a whole load of exercises to do in class such as drawing the characters.

I didn't know the name of the show, and i could faintly remember 3 characters names: boris doris n moris.
The memory was so faint i almost did wonder whether i imagined it all but i've finally found it!!!!!!!

Same thing...I've been trying to find this for ages, but all I could remember about it was something about a dragon and some glowing gem thing and a mouse that could grow and shrink...typing that into google didn't really produce results. It was just 5 minutes ago that I remembered about entering the mural that I could find it...I thought I was going insane and making up childhood memories until now.

The BBC showed it on BBC2 or CBBC Channel a couple of years ago
