Is this supposed to be like south Park? I dont think that SP creators created this. The promo said something like, "How do keep up with those Notorious Kids(south park kids)? Kid Notorious, coming in october after the season premire of south park." If any one has any news on this id like to hear about it.

No, this has nothing to do with South Park.

I think Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park, would be much more creative than this.
