Albert to Las Vegas unrealistic.

I love Hustle and am a huge fan of the show. However one thing on the last two seasons really buggs me. When the crew were talking about going on vacation in season 5 Albert suggested they should go to Las Vegas. In the second episode of season 6 he went there on his own to have some fun.

So what's my problem? The fact that mafia boss Johnny Maranzano put a price on their heads during their visit there on season 4. Ash told Danny they'd be chased by Maranzanos mobb back in London even if they managed to escape him in the US. As we all know they miraculously found a way out by faking their death. By go back there again they'd be literally walking willinlgy into a death trap. Why on earth would Albert who didn't want them to take on Johnny in the first place put himself and all the others in danger from the same psycho once more?! It doesn't make any sence.
