Have you guys seen the LSU master's thesis on these guys? -- The Yes Men and Activism in The Information Age

I loved the movie, but I can't believe they write papers on these guys!!!!

you can write papers on anything, movie junky.

a friend of mine is doing his doctoral thesis on 3 baseball movies.

maybe i'll do mine on the philosophical elements in calvin and hobbes. but i'll bet that's been done too.

Usually people address current crap in papers as an example of something larger. Crap does have its uses, after all.

If I go for a masters I will probably write it on zombies anyway.

Interesting that this thesis was written (in Louisiana) before Katrina, because the Yes Men were quite active in post-Katrina New Orleans. See The Yes Men Fix the World http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1352852/ for documentation of that.
