Soundtrack

Does anyone know where where I might find the soundtrack information for Vibrator in English? Thanks.

reply

Yeh, I'd like to know more about the soundtrack too. There was one song I particularly liked, but as it was aired on TV, the credits at the end were cut short. It was a woman's voice, singing in English. Something about "never"...

I'll be searching the internet for more too. But if anybody has info...

It aired about two weeks ago in the Netherlands and the recording was still on my Mac. The titles are in japanese but most of the tracks are mentioned in english:

-Super Hero by Koito Blow
-Boy by Koito Blow
-April Love by Pat Boone
-L'Allée des Sphinx by Ozymandias
-Magic Bus by Simon le Bon
-<japanese title> by <japanese artist>
-Everlasting by Upper Nile Square
-<japanese title> by OVERALL
-Little miss Emily by <japanese artist>
-Own World by Kaho
-Free by Cafa
-<japanese title> by Cafa
-Song never sung by <japanese artist> (I think you mean this one)
-<japanese title> by <japanese artist>

Hope this helps you a little bit on your search...

I'd also love to get the soundtrack - does anyone know whether this has been released on cd somewhere? Tried all the obvious ones like yesasia etc, but can't find it anywhere.

Also, do you guys really get this kind of film on TV in countries outside asia? Wow, lucky you, I am living in Britain since years and the best we ever get is some french comedies on obscure BBC channels...I am so jealous!

Thanks for the tip, poppadoo. My copy arrived a few days ago, and it's a great little soundtrack! I almost bought the Japanese version, until I saw your post...never noticed on yesasia that the Korean one comes with the soundtrack.

What is the name of the song with the lyrics about the old, yellowed heart falling into the dirty snow? It was a sort of lo-fi acoustic song with two guys singing. If anyone has the name and artist I'd love to know so I can download it and find more by these guys!

Obviously you asked this a couple years ago, but if anyone is still looking, the band is called Happy End, from the early 70s, and the song is called ShinShinShin. An excellent, excellent band. Check out their album Kazemachi Roman, or Hosono Haruomi, Suzuki Shigeru, or Ootaki Eiichi (recently passed away in Japan) who all went on to make amazing albums after the band split.
