Reading the synopsis, I am confused.

How is this film different from Safar e Ghandehar (2001) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0283431/)? It doesn't seem to be a sequel. Is it a remake because they didn't do a good enough job the first time? What's the deal?

Isn't one (i.e. this one) a documentary and the other (Safar e Ghandehar) a work of drama?
