I'm a Belle Gunness' expert from Norway, born I Selbu as she was

This film is real crap. Merely using names from the Belle Gunnes story, but it has nothing to do with the truth. Bad acting too. I don't recommend seeing it at all!

Method is a movie in which a movie is being made that they say is more of a thriller than a biopic. If one is interested in Belle Gunnes, someone can read a book about here (maybe one by you). If one wishes to watch a movie about an actress going insane by playing a part, then one should choose to watch Method.

I'm sure it wasn't factual, but it wasn't meant to be. I have to say I enjoyed this movie (although the ending could have been better).

My teacher is closely related to Belle.

If you listen closely to the dialogue, in one of the very last scenes, Jake says to Rebecca "What you're doing reminded me of that horrible movie."

The movie "Belle" within the movie "Method" was intended to be cheesy and melodramatic - not a documentary.

I liked it because it showed actors playing actors, acting.

reply

Billy, now that is really funny, because it seemed they were acting a little less(not by much) cheesy in the "Belle" parts than the movie set parts.
